We are seeking for a project manager to join our team!
As a project manager your main duties will be:
- Management and Implementation of several projects co-funded by the European Commission in the areas of education, skills and the labour market, migrant integration, environment and climate change, awareness raising and dissemination activities
- Follow-up and manage project timetables, identifying implementation risks, working on solutions, budget administration
- Preparation and drafting of project reporting
- Monitoring and communication of project’s updates to project team members
- Coordination with project partners and preparation of project deliverables
- Development and/or monitoring of project deliverables
- Data collection (through desk research, indicator collection, interviews, etc.) and analysis
- Preparation of meetings and awareness raising events
- Drafting and uploading of content material for projects’ social media
Qualifications:
- Academic background with a Bachelor or/and a Master’s degree preferably in Social Sciences
- At least 2 years in project management experience
- Excellent English knowledge (both written and oral)
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered as a strong asset
- Excellent command of MS Office (mainly Excel and Word)
- Social Media management skills
- Experience in web management content systems (WordPress, Joomla) will be considered as an asset
- Administrative, organizational and communication skills
- Travel availability (Schengen and non-Schengen)
- Solution-oriented attitude to life
