We’ve kicked off EMPOWER+! A 24-month Erasmus+ Capacity Building project to establish and strengthen Rural Youth Parliaments across Sub-Saharan Africa—boosting youth voice in policy and community development.

What we’ll do: co-create a Youth Policy Framework (led by Connectus), launch an open EMPOWER+ online platform, run four Youth Participation Activities (RYP simulations & trainings), and publish a Sustainability Plan so the model lives on.

Why it matters: short-term—awareness, skills, and EU-Africa networks; medium-term—recognized youth forums and policy uptake; long-term—lasting youth participation and youth-centric policies.
